Jyolsna Agnes Jose possesses 25 years of experience in life science and wellness industry with core competencies in the areas of Business and Product strategy, research, development and operations. She held Senior Management & Leadership roles with multinationals as well as domestic pharmaceuticals / Nutraceutical majors.

She joined Stabicon Life Sciences as Head – Innovation in June 2020 and spearheads the Nutraceutical and natural products division. She is primarily responsible for new product development, establishing processes for quick turnaround of projects driven by customer need, developing platform technologies and improving existing products.

She has proven skills in setting up R&D capabilities for Nutraceutical, Pharma, Ayurvedic and Food Technology segments from grounds up. Her expertise includes product conceptualization, product development and production scale up meeting market and customer needs. She was associated with development for more than 300 formulations for customers around the globe and well versed with regulatory requirements in different geographies (UK, US, South Africa, Australia, Middle East and South East Asia and standards (FSAAI, AYUSH, DSHEA, TGA, EFSA).

Jyolsna was a Founding Member of Formulation R&D at Sami – Sabinsa and during her 14 years stint as Head of Formulation R&D, she had developed range of pioneering Nutraceutical and Herbal products for Sami Labs / Sabinsa / Sami Direct. She had also developed number private label products for major global nutraceutical, food and beverages companies. Before moving Stabicon Life Sciences she was associated with Maven iLab Private limited as Head – R&D where she gained expertise in scientific Ayurvedic formulations.

Prior to moving into Formulation R&D domain, she had associated with Micro Labs. She started her career in Medreich after completing her B-Pharm from Bangalore University. Her research works were published in both Indian and International medical journals.
